Sausage Gravy and Biscuits

Sausage Gravy

Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
1/4 cup flour (any type)
2 cups milk
Butter if needed.

Cook  sausage in large skillet, breaking it up into small pieces. Sprinkle in the flour and cook until flour is lightly browned. (If your sausage is really lean, add a couple of tablespoons of butter so that the flour has something to brown in.)

Add milk and cook slowly stirring constantly until well blended and thickened.

Serve over bread of your choice.
